How long does a house cleaning take?
A standard cleaning typically takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of your home and its current condition. More intensive services like Deep Cleans can take longer.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It's entirely up to you. Many of our clients provide us with a key or entry code. We are fully insured and bonded, so you can rest assured your home is in safe hands.

What's included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers routine maintenance: dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen surface cleaning.
What's included in a deep clean?
Deep cleans include everything in standard service plus baseboards, light fixtures, vent covers, and thorough scrubbing of appliances.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
Standard cleans focus on regular upkeep of all routine surfaces, while deep cleans involve a much more detailed, top-to-bottom scrub of areas like baseboards, ceiling fans, and vents. This service is highly recommended for homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in the past 3-4 months.
What's included in a move-out clean?
Move-out cleans are our most intensive service, designed to restore a home to showroom condition, including inside cabinets and drawers.
Do you clean inside of appliances?
Yes, we'll always clean inside of your microwave! Cleaning the interior of refrigerators and ovens is available as an add-on service for any cleaning appointment.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
Inside cabinet cleaning is included in Move-In/Move-Out services or can be added onto a Deep Clean if cabinets are empty.
Do you clean windows?
We clean interior windows and sills. For exterior window cleaning, we recommend hiring a specialized window cleaning service.
Do you clean ceiling fans?
Yes, we dust and wipe down reachable ceiling fans with every Deep Clean and Move-Out clean service. It's also available as an add-on to any Standard Clean.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum all carpeted areas with every service. However, we focus on hard floors and surface cleaning and do not offer steam-cleaning or deep carpet shampooing at this time.

Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees here. We provide transparent quotes upfront. Factors that may adjust pricing (like pets or excessive grime) are discussed before we start work.
Should I tip my house cleaner?
Tipping is entirely optional and never expected, though it is always deeply appreciated by our hard-working cleaners if you feel they did an exceptional job!
